About the print quality and delivery

The print will be produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Giclée paper.  The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling. Photorag is suitable for mounting but its cotton texture means edges can fray if not carefully handled.

All prints sold on this website are created and printed with the highest quality standards. However, please note that the colors of the prints may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings.

Carbon neutral, sustainable production, packaging and shipping. Your order is placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube.Please be careful when unrolling. Roll out and straighten the print on a clean, flat, and hard surface (like a table). Carefully place something heavy on each corner and in the middle to weigh it down. Books work particularly well. Leave this for 24 hours. Be also aware that matte prints surfaces are sensitive and will scratch easily if you do not handle them with care.

Taxes / Customs Duties

Customs duties or other locally assessed taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Packages may be held at the border for inspection or other reasons, potentially causing a delay in delivery.

Shipping and Handling

We strive to ensure that your prints arrive in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply. 

When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.

Intellectual Property

All prints and images on this website are the intellectual property of www.thehybridportraits.com and the respective artists. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any images is strictly prohibited.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the print is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at thebytepit@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damaged photographic prints purchased through www.thehybridportraits.com  are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints to be returned to our studio for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 30 days of receiving item. After 30 days, we will no longer replace an item.
